On June 6, the Almazov National Medical Research Centre and the Ivannikov Institute for System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISP RAS) signed an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The agreement was signed by Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Arutyun Avetisyan, Director of ISP RAS, and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Evgeny Shlyakhto, Director General of Almazov Centre.
The agreement aims to develop scientific and technological cooperation on the use of AI technologies in healthcare, in particular, the implementation of value-based approaches in healthcare using certain groups of chronic non-communicable diseases through the introduction of AI-based predictive analytics technologies, the development of a set of practices for integrated and automated life cycle management of medical products using AI technologies.
