From 25 to 27 July, Almazov National Medical Research Centre hosted a conference, themed 'Startup Studios: Techniques for Developing Startups as Cooperation Structures'.
The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Almazov Centre's startup studio, delivered an advanced professional training programme for more than 70 representatives of university startup studios from all over Russia.
The first day of the conference was held in the format of a plenary discussion in the Pavlov Hall of Almazov Centre. This provided an opportunity for speakers and guests to engage in constructive dialogue on current issues and trends in the field of startups. The following two days at the Boiling Point Coworking Space saw participants engage in group work and case studies from the training event, which offered a unique chance to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
The three-day programme was a fruitful and productive experience, where the participants acquired the skills and techniques of a technology entrepreneur in a co-operative structure for building startups. They also had the opportunity to exchange experiences with industry experts.
