In an independent quality survey, the Almazov National Medical Research Centre was ranked first among healthcare facilities by the Russian Ministry of Health based on 2017 results.
A survey conducted by the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Health shows that the Almazov Centre achieved the maximum score of 72.7 in the categories of inpatient and outpatient care among more than 8,000 healthcare providers controlled by the Russian Ministry of Health.
The Centre earned the highest score for the outpatient care services in categories such as patient comfortability and access to healthcare services, waiting time to receive service, friendliness, politeness and professionalism of medical staff, patient's satisfaction with the service.
