Evgeny Shlyakhto, Director General of Almazov National Medical Research Centre, signed a number of agreements at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (June 6–8, 2019).
The agreements intend to develop cooperation between the Centre and two Russian regions in the field of healthcare, with the developers of information systems – in the field of information technologies and digital medicine, with large pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies – in the field of research and training programs.
On June 6 and 7, memoranda on cooperation in healthcare were signed between Almazov Centre and the Governments of the Rostov and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
Rostov region Governor Vasily Golubev and Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor Gleb Nikitin were the signatories.
Almazov Centre and the regional governments intend to work together towards improving the health care system and the organization of medical care, introducing the advanced organizational, medical and research experience of Almazov Centre in the health care practice in the Rostov and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
On June 6, Almazov Centre signed an agreement on cooperation with Algomost, the developer of information systems based on the data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies. The agreement provides for joint development, testing and implementation of applications based on data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies for medical use.
On June 6, Evgeny Shlyakhto took part in the ceremony to sign a memorandum on the establishment of the Centre for Innovations and the Internet of Things in health care based on the Skolkovo Foundation and held a meeting with Nina Kandelaki, President and Executive Director of General Electric Healthcare in Russia / CIS.
В ходе встречи были подняты следующие аспекты: развертывание «Единого цифрового контура» крупного учреждения здравоохранения/региона, включающего информатизацию различных сегментов, а также аналитические инструменты для повышения клинических, финансовых и операционных результатов учреждения: успешные примеры международного опыта реализации таких решений (EmRad, Великобритания; Коммандный центр, Бредфорд/Великобритания). Также обсуждались возможные финансовые инструменты и решения GE Healthcare для успешной реализации национального проекта «Здравоохранение» в установленные для этого сроки, в том числе лизинг/контракты жизненного цикла (КЖЦ) медицинского оборудования; внедрение программ повышения квалификации/образовательных программ для клинических специалистов, а также современные управленческие решения для руководящего звена Центра Алмазова.
On June 7, Almazov Centre and MSD signed a Declaration on cooperation in the field of research and development.
During SPIEF 2019, Director General of the Centre also took part in the sessions of the National Health Project “Fighting non-infectious diseases” and “The current role of health insurance organizations in the compulsory health insurance system”.
