Mechanisms of regenerative potential activation in cardiac mesenchymal cells
Restoration of the contractile function of the heart after myocardial infarction is an important tissue of modern regenerative medicine. The discovery and experimental use of cardiac mesenchymal cells has become a new milestone in the development of cell therapy. Notch signaling is involved in intercellular communication and cell differentiation and is important in cardiogenesis. The role of Notch in myocardial regeneration remains obscure. The aim of our study is to study the role of the Notch signaling pathway and early remodeling genes in the activation of the regenerative potential of cardiac mesenchymal cells.
