The meeting summed up the results of the cooperation with the Centre for Monitoring and Clinical and Economic Expert Evaluation of the RF Service for Supervision in Health Care (Roszdravnadzor) under the Agreement on the implementation of a quality and safety management system in the clinic of Almazov Centre.
For more than a year and a half, a large team of specialists from Almazov Centre have been working to implement the quality management system project. Based on the results of the certification audit at the end of December 2020, the project was highly rated as completed.
Director General of the National Quality Institute of Roszdravnadzor, Igor Ivanov solemnly awarded the quality certificate. He highly appreciated the role of Almazov Centre as a creator of unique medical technologies that are transferred to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Igor Ivanov noted that over the past year and a half Almazov Centre has brought medical quality and safety management to a new level of efficiency.
Director General of Almazov Centre Evgeny Shlyakhto expressed gratitude for the high appreciation and productive cooperation and noted a strict adherence to medical quality and safety standards. Almazov Centre has set up a Command Centre and Competence Centres aimed at constantly improving the quality of medical care. In the near future, a new competence centre for quality management of medical care will be set up to integrate Research, Education and Clinic of Almazov Centre.
