On February 16, Almazov Centre held a seminar on smart healthcare. Participants were trainees of the professional retraining programme «MBA-Challenges in the Digital World» delivered by the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University.
The event showcased the solutions for the clinic, in particular, the joint projects of Almazov Centre and Shvabe Holding (smart hospital room and telemedicine counter).
The event was held as part of the Technological Innovation Management course where students learn to bring innovations to the market and create solution concepts.
The seminar opened with welcome words by Director General of Almazov Centre, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Evgeny Shlyakhto and expert in innovation management, founder of SAMSONOWA & Partners, Tatjana Samsonowa.
Eduard Komlichenko, Director of Almazov Centre Clinic gave a presentation titled “Digital Healthcare Trends”.
Deputy Director General for Information Technology and Project Management, Dmitry Kurapeev gave a presentation on «Smart Clinic».
Tobias Meixner, Chief Business Development Officer at Simplinic, joined online with a presentation on “How Megatrends Are Affecting Healthcare”.
The event was held in the Children’s Rehabilitation Clinic of Almazov Centre with online attendance.
