The Government of St. Petersburg, Almazov Centre and Sber signed a trilateral cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The agreement was signed by Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg, Evgeny Shlyakhto, Director General of Almazov Centre, and Herman Gref, CEO and Chairman of the Sberbank Board.
The agreement will focus on the interaction in education and healthcare, the implementation of joint projects in the field of digital health, artificial intelligence (AI), innovative developments, as well as personalized and value-based medicine.
The technologies and competencies of Sberbank, partner companies and Almazov Centre will be used to implement promising programs and plans for the comprehensive development of St. Petersburg's healthcare system, including those aimed at digitalization and development of the city's medical care. The parties also agreed on the joint development of digital products, participation in the expert assessment of the regional strategic initiatives and the implementation of high-tech medical technologies in the city's hospitals and clinics.
Another important area of cooperation will be educational projects in the field of health care, the provision of organizational, methodological and scientific support to medical and preventive care organizations, educational, research and clinical institutions of St. Petersburg, including the involvement of young professionals, the exchange of competencies and work on innovative products using the resources of the parties.
