From November 2 to 3, Almazov Centre hosted the second edition of the International GxP Congress, themed “Russian practice in the modern context”. The Congress aimed to establish a dialogue between biomedical and pharmaceutical companies in order to improve and develop the processes of development, production and introduction of new medicines and medical devices into medical practice.
The congress provided a platform for experts from different disciplines involved in pharmaceutical development to share their experiences and learn about the latest scientific discoveries in innovative areas of biomedicine, as well as innovations in pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical regulation.
The event brought together specialists from leading scientific and educational organisations in Russia and China. Speakers delivered presentations on topical issues both onsite and online.
The congress was well received by top managers of pharmaceutical companies, representatives of R&D institutions, preclinical and clinical researchers, medical students, clinicians and government officials involved in policy making for the development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry.
