The 2023 edition of the Three University Missions Moscow International University Ranking was released on 30 August, placing Almazov Centre in the 1401—1500 band globally and in the 74-85 group overall among Russian universities.
The Three University Missions Moscow International University Ranking (MosIUR) is a fundamentally new academic ranking, the first to evaluate all the three key university missions: education, research, and interaction with society. The ranking uses a number of new criteria calculated on the basis of objective data, and does not use any subjective reputation surveys.
The Three University Missions Ranking 2023 included 2,000 universities from 112 countries. Russia has retained its position in the top three world leaders in terms of representation in the ranking (154 universities from 46 Russian regions).
Although the Institute of Medical Education only had its first intake of students in 2018 and does not yet have any graduates, the institution is already ranked 14th among Russian medical universities.
