Equipment
The instrumentation of the Preclinical Translational Research Centre comprises over 800 units of the most advanced analytical equipment for clinical, diagnostic, physico-chemical, pathomorphological, immunochemical, physiological, cytological and molecular studies, including Omics technologies.
In particular, we use the following equipment:
• Sensititre modular analyzer (UK)
Designed to identify microorganisms and determine antimicrobial susceptibility.
• AKTA Start chromatography system (Sweden)
An instrument for automated and reproducible protein purification using all common techniques, including gradient elution and simple one-step desalting.
• Chromatech Crystal gas chromatography mass spectrometer (Russia)
• ABL800FLEX blood gas analyzer (Denmark)
The device is designed to determine blood gases, electrolytes, glucose, lactate, bilirubin*, creatinine* and oximetry parameters.
• IVIS Lumina LT bioluminescence analyzer (USA)
Preclinical in vivo imaging system.
• xCELLigence RTCA DP cell analyzer (USA)
System for real-time assessment of cell culture viability without the use of dyes or other additional markers.
• AKTA Pure 25 M chromatography system (Sweden)
The system is designed for rapid purification of proteins, peptides and nucleic acids from 0.001 ml/min to 25 ml/min.
• Luminex Guava EasyCyte 8 flow cytometer (USA)
Flow cytometry system for comprehensive cell analysis.
• Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencer (USA)
Used for both routine (targeted resequencing) and complex studies such as whole genome sequencing with the highest accuracy of data generated.
• Biacore X100 biosensor (Sweden)
The system allows the study of interactions with different affinities and provides thermodynamic data in the range of 4 to 40ºC.
• Da Vinci robotic surgical system (USA)
• Transgenic X-Ray
• Behavioral testing equipment
