Nadezhda Sabadash
Senior researcher of the Group of Infectious Pathologies.
In 1989 Nadezhda Sabadash graduated from the First Leningrad Medical Institute (St. Petersburg Pavlov Medical University), specialty “General Medicine”. She also attended the training in internship and then worked infectious diseases hospital in Novgorod.
From 1994 to 2000 Nadezhda Sabadash studied in clinical internship and graduated at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology of Pavlov. State Medical University.
In 2000 she defended her thesis on “Characteristics of bacteria carrying forms in diphtheria with body sanation effectiveness assessment”. Nadezhda published more than 20 publications.
Since 1997, she worked as an assistant, and since 2002 — as Associate Professor at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology with the course of HIV Medicine at Pavlov State Medical University. Nadezhda Sabadash conducts consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic work. Since 2007 she also works as a research fellow at Federal Almazov Medical Research Centre.
Currently her research interest’s field is chronic viral infections, including those with hematologic malignancies and cardiovascular system disorders. Nadezhda has certificates in two specialties “Infectious diseases” and “Gastroenterology”.
